Well this is where I let off steam at the way things are or events that are happening.Janhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17936039659494317120noreply@blogger.comBlogger8125tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3723180273121460889.post-63845758869807031502013-11-24T09:37:00.001+00:002013-11-24T09:37:55.501+00:00Trila Drugs and NHS<div style="text-align: justify;">
We know we have become a suing culture in the UK and this my readers has caused many problems for us with cancer. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Many doctors are now restricted to what they can treat cancer patients with in fear of being struck off registers or pulled before the board of a NHS Trust for trying something that may not have such a good record for treating cancer.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Trial drugs fall under this, we know over the years that many have been given a shot but out of say 40 people the trial drug may only work on a small handful, sometimes only 2 or 3 but that drug is then binned and the trial forgotten.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Alimta is used predominately for Mesothelioma but stats show it works on only 40 out of 100, so what about the 60 it doesn't work on. A drug called Velcade was trialled some 4 years ago and that worked for a handful of the test subjects, this drug can't be used again, why because NICE or oncologists have no proof it can help. But surely, as I think you do the same, it could work on some of the 60 Almita doesn't work on, or what about a second line chemo?</div>
<br />
Then we have interferon, a drug that is tested in the USA, but not to be used here. If our oncologists hands weren't tied could these drugs then be used to help us.<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
People are still under the misconception that Mesothelioma is an Old Person's disease, much like COPD, but even COPD doesn't affect just the elderly.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Then you have those that think, well 65 you've had a good innings, where does that come from. At 65 you have worked a life time to enjoy another good 20 years of doing what you want. No one is old these days until we hit maybe our late 80's or do suffer some of the problems of our bodies not wanting to last.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Your mother may have breast cancer at 65, do you want her to die because she can't be given a certain drug - no you would fight tooth and nail. Well fight for all of us, don't keep suing the NHS when things go wrong. insurance costs eat up the salaries that could be paid for more doctors, nurses, ambulances and more importantly drugs for cancer.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
How would you feel if your grandmother or grandfather was given a death sentence at the tender age of 59, 65, or 70. These are the people you still go shopping with on a Saturday or they mind your children or grandchildren as you go off to work? Come now, do you seriously think that we are old.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I remember at 16 people who died in their early 60's and it was thought they had a good life, that was some 34 years ago, our life has changed, our circumstances and the population has changed. Many are still out playing Golf at 80, squash at 70 or working in a job they just don't want to give up.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Please don't let the government and the NHS treat cancer patients this way, help change the culture of suing if a doctor makes a mistake, they are after all human. Neglect is one thing but trying to save a patient going out on a limb the oncologist should not face retribution but applaud for trying to save another member of the human race.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Read this <a href="http://www.telegraph.co.uk/health/healthnews/10469356/Law-may-change-so-doctors-can-test-new-drugs-on-patients.html">Article</a> and truly give it some thought.</div>
Janhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17936039659494317120noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3723180273121460889.post-27919936560189730232013-11-17T09:57:00.004+00:002013-11-17T09:57:48.714+00:00Research<div style="text-align: justify;">
We have students at universities studying meds and physics and science and all kinds of research matterr, I know that grants are paid by the pharmaceutical companies to enable the research but why don't we turn this around.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
If our students looked for new cures for cancers then when they were nearly at the full on position, that research is then tendered out to a company who will pay the most, but is a lot less than their research and development costs. That contract money then covers the university costs and the drugs are made at a price\retail cost that all NHS subscribers could afford as well as the rest of the world.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This to me seems fair. As it stands research and development is met by the pharmaceutical companies so they add at least 200% profit margin onto the drugs, then take the patent, so they need to cream as much as possible in the first 3 to 5 years. Hence new drugs aren't always available.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Come on government, change is required. It isn't always fancy drugs that save lives, simple research into simple things can be an answer.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Pharmaceutical companies want to have costs so they can charge...</div>
Janhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17936039659494317120noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3723180273121460889.post-33260659961977661092013-01-18T17:31:00.001+00:002013-01-18T17:31:15.230+00:00Open doors to Britain<div style="text-align: justify;">
Which ever government is in will not take the hit and say what must people in this country want</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
"If you don't have a job you don't come in". I watched news night last night and some young nit said that we leave England, yes we do but we don't go and scrounge on the government in those countries. Those that leave Britain go because they have a job or can afford to retire in Spain, Greece or warmer climates. In fact I don't think you get that much in benefits in these other European countries.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I have always said that anyone coming to the UK, regardless whether from Poland, Australia, India, or Africa should only be allowed in if they have enough money to support themselves for 3 months, have a sponsor who has paid a bond for them to be here and have a good prospect of a job or are employed already. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Our pensions suffer, employers now have to start paying another form of Tax called a pension, NI was suppose to be for pension and the NHS, now its just paid out in benefits for people with 8 kids that live in London in large houses. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Most people who have worked all their lives and suddenly find themselves unemployed are told to sell their houses before they can have any benefits and really piss away everything they have worked for. What kind of country do we live in, sorry society?</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Did anyone watch the big build SOS where that lady took in her friends children when she died. She was told to sell her house and give up work if she wanted help, where was the 'you are doing a wonderful thing, here let us help you get sorted with a little more space', had she just arrived off a boat with 7 kids she would have been housed in a large house, probably flat screen TV's in every room and more money than she actually needed.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Poverty is where you can't afford to go to the take away, where your house doesn't have TV, Automatic washing machine, tumble dryers, playstations, poverty is trying to scrape together enough money to buy food and pay the rent. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
When I was a kid we had nothing, my dad was trying to build a business which meant everything went back into it, I made my own clothes at 11, buying remnants from Boyes' in their February sale. Who does that these days?</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
So if the Government would get its finger out of its arse and seriously ask the UK residents who work what we think they probably wouldn't like the answer and\or ignore our pleas, we can't keep paying for everyone that wants to sponge. This other nit whit said that they go to other countries like France and Germany, how come then they are all waiting at the borders to get across the channel!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Sorry just had to get it off my chest, as I hate it when I hear that someone who has never worked doesn't want to and why should they for less than they get. I think those on dole etc who have never worked should be classed as lower earners and have to go around the parks or the roads and pick up litter, the community pays them so they should contribute to the community. So what if they don't earn the average hourly wage, or its below them. We would have a cleaner country and maybe just maybe they would learn to understand that there is no such thing as a free lunch. As costs rise for employers and many business's are closing, those working are paying more tax and NI, no one ever mentions the NI! we get less and less for it, most private sector employee's have foregone payrises to keep their jobs, but not in the public sector they demand and get together with rises for those on benefits. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The elderly deserve a lot more money than they have, they paid their way, why should those who have private pensions and have paid into them for their future then be penalised for wanting to ensure they sustain a standard of living but they should also get a full state pension, after all they contributed to that as well.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Enough otherwise I could write all night. Hope this has given you some food for thought.</div>

Most of us do or have paid money into the NHS as tax payers so does that mean we have a share and even more so a say in what is done? Surely we must if politicians are to be listened to.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Therefore, we as a nation, should have a say in how the NHS is run, its publicly owned in essence yet its totally ran by bureaucrats that do not do anything in the interest of the patient or the employee.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">I have often said that why do the aged have to be put in residential homes with 30 other inmates, yet if they were mentally handicapped they get to live in a 3 or 4 bed home with carers. Surely it would be nicer if this could happen, especially to those with dementia, to be housed this way, then it would be more like a family atmosphere rather than 'Waiting for God' and probably a lot cheaper, if ran correctly and not privately owned.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Large units don't work, they shut down hospital style places for the mentally incapable because they were institutionalised and took away the person's human rights, (not that many of the patients knew their human rights) yet we are still quite happy to throw our old age pensioners into them! Although they are called residential homes. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Most of the pensioners today are the ones that worked in terrible conditions, came through the war, knew what poor meant and are treated terribly by each government that has been in power.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">This Human Rights law has gone to far but that's for another Rant. Our NHS should be there to ensure that rich or poor the same treatment is given, not just in one area either, but the whole of the country. This post code lottery is still going on and is totally wrong.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Large corporations set up budgets yearly for what they think they can spend, in large corporations they ensure they spend the budgets in case the next year they get cropped. Where is the incentive in saving money there, what should happen is if the budget allocated isn't spent it gets held for that department and the budget for the next year isn't reduced but kept the same or increased in line with inflation. Therefore funds are available and not wasted.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The NHS may end up being split into 2 tiers, part private and part NHS, if you don't have insurance you will be treated but may not get the best in meds or surgery - don't quote me here as I'm not an expert. In the United States if you have insurance they give you better care, if you don't you are patched up and sent home. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">We know our NHS is costing a fortune, it doesn't help when managers are ran by managers who are again managed by managers. They set up trusts to run the finance yet each hospital has its own finance department so why burden a system with all these accounts and finance directors? Savings could be made in overheads much easier than in running costs.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">We have closed A& E's across the country so more people have to travel further to larger hospitals. I can understand the choice of large hospitals as more cases come through the doors and doctors\surgeons can specialise more and learn easier more efficient ways to treat a condition. Has closing A & E's saved money, I doubt it as urgent care centres have had to be opened to replace them.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Also how do they rationalise the cost of things, the staff are employed so wages are already paid, so why are operations expensive? Yes I know if its a hip replacement they need spare parts, but to remove a gall bladder or fix a hernia - where do the extra costs come from. The theatres are all kitted out.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Our whole country is going to the dogs, what this country needs is a backbone. Every party produces their manifesto of what they are going to do in power, anyone can say what the voters want to hear, but as soon as they get into the seats they do nothing promised. Its about time Governments were made to stick to the manifesto and if they don't do as said they should be fired. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Most of the people who run this country have never had to earn a living in the REAL WORLD, We need people with experience of life sitting in these government chairs, not some one who debated at college and then went straight to Whitehall.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Come on Britain lets become GREAT again and show the rest of the world how to look after their health instead of becoming a third world service.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Private health should be totally separate to national health, Private health is there as a benefit for people who need to fit operations in on a certain time, or for the vain to have face lifts and boob jobs, it should not be for everyday health issues.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The government have us over a barrel, its not like we can even refuse to pay our Taxes because they are deducted on our earnings. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Lets hope Dr's and nurses around the country can find away to stop us losing our NHS, without striking, that only hurts the population and damages their reputations, but somehow there has to be away to make Government fund the NHS where its needed, ground level and get rid of most of the Directors of Food Management, Directors of Cleanliness, Directors of whatever else they created.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div>Janhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17936039659494317120noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3723180273121460889.post-29940112101165780592011-12-01T17:47:00.000+00:002011-12-01T17:47:25.122+00:00Strikes!!!<div style="text-align: justify;">The North East is probably the only main labour held area in the whole of England, no matter who is in power at no 10, Labour never looses a seat here and governs it as if they were in power.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Through Maggie's time the councils grew and grew, creating unnecessary admin and manager jobs, who pays for this - we all do. So they have to pay into their pension pots, what do they think the rest of the white collar workers do, get it for free. If you don't contribute the Company doesn't have to contribute into your pension, in the public sector, you don't have to contribute but hey we will still pay. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">In my earlier years of temping etc I came across many ex council workers who had left working for county or town halls because they were bored of doing nothing all day, that was back in late 70's early 80's, and since then the public sector up here has increased further. It wouldn't be so bad if it was more nurses, fireman, police etc that were recruited and increased the numbers but please managers to manage, admin for the sake of looking important.</div><br />
We only have to look at the industries left in the North East, none! Unions ruined the shipbuilding because they striked constantly for more money, every time a contract was won they went on strike knowing they had the Company's over a barrel. <br />
<br />
Personally I don't care anymore who's in power because none of them have the backbone to put this country back on its feet. The labour party are stirring the pot to get the Tories out, while stirring the pot are they doing anything positive for us ... no!<br />
<br />
We have a major deficit, if it was a family with a house they would be out on the streets! What was it I heard on the news the poorer get poorer and the richer get richer, get real, in this economy the only ones getting richer are those on the fiddle or in crime.<br />
<br />
The pensioners of today are the most badly done to, they worked in conditions that are alien to the rest of us, what little money they saved for their golden years is taking a massive hit with poor interest rates. If they own their own house they are in an even worse position - if you want to strike, strike for those who long ago didn't get the rights of the low paid, hard done too, welfare state people of today.<br />
<br />
Feel better nowJanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17936039659494317120noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3723180273121460889.post-80844697231138362882011-11-19T17:34:00.000+00:002011-11-19T17:34:01.990+00:00benefits and Pensions<div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><div style="text-align: justify;"> I love ringing my friend Liz as we seem to have great discussions on everything that is going wrong with the world and our Country.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">It is so annoying that we are a country that gives out so much to those who are willing to do so little or claim for everything and work on the side. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">I said that if those who worked got everything free, school meals to heating allowances, full pensions and free prescriptions suddenly all those who are capable of working would soon be off their arses and doing something.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">It's true, we are all born to take care of ourselves yet most think it is the job of someone else. It would be nice if no one had to worry about putting food on the table or wood on the fire but that isn't going to happen, we threw that away when greed entered the equation of life. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Why should everyone be entitled to the same standard of living if some work for it and others don't? If Joe bloggs likes to have nice things and works hard to buy them why should Bob smith get the same for staying at home all day by choice.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Benefits were brought in to help those who couldn't work through injury or job loss at an older age, these days you are better off on benefits than going to work and putting in 40 hours. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">I heard the other day that a lady, I'll call her (a) has two children and both her and her husband work, they are paying a mortgage and are struggling to make ends meet, her sister, lady (b) has 2 children, neither work, live in a council house and have no money worries. The kids get free school meals, all school trips are paid for etc. Lady A's kids asked why they couldn't go on a trip and their cousins could, infact the cousins got more new clothes than hers did. It doesn't make sense does it.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">When my parents decided to have children they had to afford the want themselves, and that was the day protection from pregnancy had little to offer. I think you got child benefit of next to nothing and it didn't double as another child came along. Today most people think that having children should be borne on everyone else paying for them, especially the young who believe its the way to a council house (fully furnished and paid for!)</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">What about the couples who don't have children, they don't get any tax relief for not using the education system or claiming child benefit, maternity leave etc. Maybe they have a better standard of living because they aren't having to bring up children (in most cases it wasn't their choice) and have savings so in old age they get penalised more. What is wrong with this country and the way it works out who gets what?</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">It seems that those on this 16 hours before their benefits get affected are the worst kind. They receive the same amount of money as those who work 40 hours in a regular office job. I take my hat off to a lady that was told how to do this when her husband left but instead she carried on working her normal job. What incentive is that. I know another lady that worked the 16 hours and had the rest made up but her wage slips were only checked every so often so the 6 weeks prior to the checks she would be doing 24 hours and still received the same amount of benefit. There is always a way to get more out and even worse its explained to claimants how to do it. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Yet if you have worked all your life and suddenly at 50 you lose your job but you own your house you have to lose everything you have worked for before you get any help - these are the people who should be given everything so they don't have to sell their properties and worry themselves to death about paying bills.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">I know that circumstances aren't the same for everyone and some people are just unlucky not to have employment and therefore they need to be looked after but then why penalise those who have worked all their lives and make them sell up and become homeless before help is given.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Maybe there should be a point system brought in where if you have worked for so many years you are allowed so much back in benefits if you need them, this would save the homes of those who have worked hard all there lives and it might be an incentive to those who work a few months then ensure they get fired so they can go back on benefits again for another 6 months.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">It's like pensions, why should those who have saved all their lives and contributed be so heavily taxed on the pensions and indeed the state pension be reduced. They have paid into the State Pension and should be entitled to the full payment back. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Which brings me to the next rant. The NI was introduced so we all had health care and a state pension. Employers pay 13% tax per pound per employee towards this. Next year employers will also have to contribute into their employees pensions another 3%, and employees will also have to pay this, even though they have NI deducted from their wages for this very same thing. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">For the likes of you and I who have a personal pension we only get so many 60th's of what we worked and then a % of that, for the public workers, ie</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Well I certainly feel a lot lighter for getting that off my chest. If I have provoked you one way or the other, good - it means you will go out and have a discussion about it.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div>Janhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17936039659494317120noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3723180273121460889.post-9471870582156227632011-11-13T10:01:00.000+00:002011-11-13T10:01:19.974+00:00Gazza On TVI don't know why I got so mad last night, but we settled down to watch Pierce Morgan interview Gazza. It started off ok then came the 4 bottles of whisky per day and the lines of coke, I was near death crap. I got up and went to bed. <br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">He made choices about being fit and well, we all make mistakes when we are young, with drinking that one to many, partying a little too often but the majority of us grow up. He liked the publicity, fans chasing him around but really what did he do to encourage respect .. nothing. Does he want the world to feel sorry for him because he himself couldn't keep off the booze. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Was it 11 months since he said he had drank, he looked like he was on something to me last night unless the booze has really addled his brains. Why is it if celebets (if that what they want to be called) go off the wall its major news and vast forced interest by the papers and TV on us. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Is Gazza going to become like George Best, requiring a liver to stay alive. Look what George Best did he took a liver opportunity away from a more deserving person and to rub salt into the wound, went back on the booze.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Maybe because as I have grown older or probably due to all the meds I take I just don't really bother whether I have a drink or not. Once in a while I might have a glass of Champagne, a glass of wine or a B & C but I can take it or leave it. You can replace drinking spirit with drinking non spirit, if you drink a lot do you still get a high or if its a regular input does it affect you at all (apart from the slurring of speech)?</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Many a time I would have loved to drink myself to sleep to forget what I have to face, but I know the hangover isn't worth it together with the fact that it doesn't achieve anything. With a Alcoholic not only do they have the hangover but they have the shakes, the vomitting, the cramps - why inflict them on yourself?</div><div align="justify"></div><br />
Sorry Gazza I think you should shy away from the publicity and sort yourself out.Janhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17936039659494317120noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3723180273121460889.post-82542539453672179232011-11-05T16:02:00.000+00:002011-11-05T16:02:59.027+00:00Spineless PoliticansI wish we could get a PM and a party with some backbone and lets forget all this PC that Europe has thrown on us but never follow themselves.<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">I use to think you went to live in a country because you liked the culture and wanted to become apart of it, but the majority of people who choose to live in our Country don't want our culture they only want our welfare state and insist that they be allowed to bring everything they did in their own country to ours.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">I bow down to the system in Australia and New Zealand, you have to be sponsored to work there, or have enough money to keep yourself for at least 18 months. If you loose your job you have 4 weeks to find one before being deported. Why are we so soft? </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Rewards always went to those who deserve it but in our society it has suddenly gone in the reverse, the more you work the less you have. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">I bet if the major parties all agreed to put a referendum out to see what the people (who they are suppose to represent) wanted I would image most of us would </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">1) Vote to get out of Europe</div><div style="text-align: justify;">2) Ensure that rules were in place for anyone wanting to come and reside in the UK - regardless of nationality</div><div style="text-align: justify;">3) Get rid of these stupid PC laws</div><div style="text-align: justify;">4) Revisit the Health and Safety laws because they have gone OTT </div><div style="text-align: justify;">5) shut down many these insurance claims for damages and injuries</div><div style="text-align: justify;">6) Human Rights - usually they only protect the predator not the victim </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
